3. No Direct Booking Payments Through the Website

If you decide to proceed with a trip or vehicle arrangement, the relevant independent provider is responsible for confirming availability, final pricing, payment instructions and booking conditions. Payment for that arrangement must be made directly to the provider through its accepted payment method.

Customer Due Diligence: Customers should independently verify the identity and payment details of the provider before making payment. Do not make payments to an individual or account claiming to represent Vizaglo unless the arrangement has been independently verified and expressly documented.

4. Independent Service Providers

Travel agencies, tour operators, accommodation providers, vehicle owners and other suppliers featured or introduced through Vizaglo are independent third parties.

They are responsible for their own services, licences or permits where applicable, pricing, availability, vehicles, accommodation, safety arrangements, customer service, fulfilment and contractual obligations.

A listing or enquiry link does not mean that Vizaglo owns, employs, manages, certifies or guarantees the provider.

Before proceeding, customers should verify relevant provider credentials, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, permits, insurance, cancellation conditions and other material details.

5. Prices, Packages and Availability

Prices, estimated budgets, itineraries, travel durations, photographs and descriptions published on Vizaglo are provided for general information and planning purposes unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

Prices and availability may change because of travel dates, seasonal demand, supplier rates, taxes, fuel charges, accommodation choices, group size or other conditions.

The final quotation and arrangements must be confirmed directly with the relevant provider. Vizaglo does not guarantee that an advertised option will remain available at the displayed price.

Photographs and illustrations may be representative and may not depict the exact vehicle, room or service ultimately supplied.

6. Customised Trip Planning

Customers may request changes to destinations, dates, budgets, accommodation, transport or activities.

A suggested itinerary is a planning proposal, not a guarantee that every activity, transport connection, attraction or accommodation option will be available.

The customer must review the final itinerary and confirm all arrangements with the relevant provider before travelling.

7. Enquiries and Communications

When submitting an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.

You authorise Vizaglo to use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, where necessary, share relevant details with suitable independent providers so they can prepare quotations or respond to your request.

Enquiries may be handled through website forms, telephone, email or WhatsApp. Communication through these channels does not constitute a booking confirmation unless the relevant provider expressly confirms the booking.

8. Cancellations, Refunds and Travel Changes

Because travel arrangements and payments are handled directly by independent providers, their applicable cancellation, refund, rescheduling and amendment policies govern the services they supply.

Customers should obtain these policies in writing before paying the provider.

Vizaglo does not receive or hold the underlying package or vehicle booking payments and cannot promise a refund of money paid directly to a provider. Questions about such payments, cancellations or refunds should be raised with the provider that received the payment.

Any separate service fee introduced by Vizaglo in the future will be governed by terms disclosed before the customer accepts that service.

9. Vehicle Information

Vehicle options shown on Vizaglo may be offered by independent self-drive rental companies, chauffeurs, fleet owners or transport operators.

The relevant provider is responsible for vehicle availability, applicable driving and licence requirements, insurance, permits, passenger capacity, driver arrangements, fuel conditions, security deposits and any additional charges.

Customers must verify these details directly with the provider before confirming an arrangement.

Vizaglo does not claim ownership of, or operational control over, vehicles advertised or described on the platform.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiries.
• Misuse the website or interfere with its security or operation.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the website, its data or its systems.
