By accessing or using the services provided by Vizaglo (a product vertical of Damerax Cloud Solutions), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Vizaglo provides rapid-deployment, subdomain-based landing pages (e.g., yourbusiness.vizaglo.com) for local businesses.
Vizaglo operates on a hybrid pricing model utilizing Razorpay for secure processing:
Due to the immediate manual labor and digital nature of the service, setup fees are strictly non-refundable once the website deployment process has begun or the site has gone live. You may cancel your ₹99/month hosting subscription at any time, which will result in the scheduled takedown of your subdomain at the end of your current billing cycle.
You are solely responsible for the content (text, logos, images, pricing, and QR codes) you provide for display on your Vizaglo subdomain.
We utilize premium cloud infrastructure, adapting our server environments (including VPS, Business Hosting, or Agency Servers via Hostinger or equivalent premium providers) based on load and performance requirements.
While Damerax Cloud Solutions maintains primary architecture on highly secure servers in Germany, Vizaglo subdomains may be deployed on localized Indian servers to ensure optimal loading speeds and security for regional traffic. Vizaglo does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service and is not liable for temporary downtimes caused by server upgrades, third-party network failures, or circumstances beyond our control. Maintenance and SSL certificate renewals are fully managed by Damerax.
In no event shall Damerax Cloud Solutions, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Vizaglo service or the inability to access your subdomain.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Vizaglo service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to adjust our monthly hosting fees with a 30-day written notice to active subscribers.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
