The platform is proprietary software developed by Damerax Cloud Solutions.

• Business information submitted through our intake and contact forms (e.g., service lists, location data)

4.1 Payment Processing (Razorpay)

Vizaglo utilizes Razorpay as a secure, third-party payment gateway to process setup fees and monthly hosting mandates. Damerax Cloud Solutions does not collect, process, or store sensitive financial credentials such as full credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers. All financial transactions are subject to Razorpay’s stringent security and privacy protocols.

5. Data Security

We implement robust, industry-standard security practices including:

• Premium cloud hosting infrastructure (Hostinger)
• Zero-plugin architecture to eliminate third-party data vulnerabilities

While clients own their uploaded text and images, the underlying website code and the vizaglo.com subdomains remain the proprietary technology of Damerax Cloud Solutions. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or scraping of Vizaglo templates is strictly prohibited.

11. Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
